Accessing Digital Learning In Aptem

Troubleshooting guide for accessing your digital learning within Aptem

 

Overview

If your digital learning content in Aptem is not loading and you see a blank screen, this is usually caused by your organisation’s network or security settings blocking access to required content.

What’s happening?

Some organisations restrict access to external websites for security reasons. Our digital learning platform is hosted on a separate system, and if it’s blocked, the content will not load, resulting in a blank screen.

How to fix it

You will need to contact your organisation’s IT department and ask them to allow (whitelist) the following URL:

https://skillsedge.coursebox.ai/

What to say to your IT team

You can copy and send the message below:

I am trying to access my digital learning for my apprenticeship with Skills Edge, but the content is not loading.
Please can you whitelist the following URL to allow access:
https://skillsedge.coursebox.ai/

After whitelisting

Once your IT team has confirmed the URL has been whitelisted:

  • Refresh your browser
  • Log out and back into Aptem (if needed)
  • Try accessing your learning again
