How to update my details
This article explains what to do if any of your personal or employer details change
Updating Your Details
If your employment or contact details have changed during your apprenticeship, it’s important to notify your training provider so your Aptem profile can be updated accurately.
Employment Details
If your employer, job title, working hours, or line manager has changed:
- Do not update Aptem yourself—these changes must be made by an administrator.
- Email: support@skillsedge.co.uk
- Subject line: “Employment Details Update – Apprentice”
- Include:

- Your full name

- Apprenticeship programme

- Previous and new employer name (new employer name only if applicable)

- New job title (if applicable)

- New working hours (if applicable)

- New line manager (if applicable)

- Date the change took effect
Contact Details
If your email address, phone number, or home address has changed:
- You may be able to update these directly in Aptem via your profile settings.
- If not, or if you're unsure:
