How will I receive my certificate once I have achieved my certificate?

This article explains how you will receive your certificate after you have achieved your apprenticeship

 

Apprenticeship, Functional Skills and Professional Organisation Certificates 

Congratulations on completing your apprenticeship! 

Please note the following regarding your certificates: 

  • Apprenticeship Certificate: This will be sent directly to your employer by the End-Point Assessment Organisation within 6 weeks of your certification date. 

  • Functional Skills Certificates:  
    • A digital certificate will be issued within 6 weeks from your exam date. 
    • A paper copy will follow and be sent directly to you by Skills Edge Training Ltd.
       
  • Professional Organisation Certificates (Eg the CII) - These are issued directly by the organisation and will be available directly from them (in the case of the CII via your CII account).

If you or your employers email address or postal address has changed from the details held in Aptem, please contact us as soon as possible at support@skillsedge.co.uk to update your records and avoid delays in receiving your certificates.
