Step 1: Welcome and Onboarding

Your journey begins the moment you are enrolled. Once your record is activated, you’ll receive a personalised welcome email introducing you to your apprenticeship. This includes:

Helpful links to our knowledge base so you can get started with confidence.
A clear outline of your next steps, including an invitation to your induction meeting with your assessor.

Step 2: Induction and Planning

During your induction period, you’ll meet your assessor who will work with you to understand your Individual Learning Plan (ILP) in more detail. This plan sets out your pathway for the duration of your apprenticeship and is tailored to your role, employer, and career goals. You’ll gain clarity on what’s expected, the support available, and how progress will be measured.
